What happens on a tour
A relaxed visit, around 30 to 45 minutes
- A walk through the rooms with our Centre Manager
- Time to meet the educators in your child's room
- A chat about your child, the days you need and settling in
- Help working out your fees after the Child Care Subsidy
- An enrolment form to take home, if you'd like one

Before you visit
Questions worth asking on any tour
Bring these along. Their answers will tell you more than any brochure, including ours.
- 1What's the ratio in my child's room, and do you staff above the minimum?
- 2Who would my child's main educator be, and how long has the team been together?
- 3How do you settle a child who is upset or missing home?
- 4How do you follow my baby's sleep and feed routine?
- 5How will I hear about my child's day?
- 6How do you handle allergies, medication and illness?
- 7How do you keep children safe, and how do I raise a concern?
And while you're there, watch how educators talk with the children. Are they down at the child's level, warm and unhurried? That's the real answer.
